What is the Minimum Order Quantity?
A: Our carriage paid orders are above £300. For small orders a delivery charge will be made, please check first for this additional charge.
Can I place Orders without having a Trade Account?
A: We do accept orders from non-registered customers Only on Proforma Basis but to avail our discounted rates we strongly advise you to open a trade account with us.
Do you provide Next Day Deliveries?
A: Yes we do but it depends on the type and the amount of the products being ordered. An additonal charge may be made depending on location.
How do I apply for a credit account?
A: Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 02082005451 for any account opening queries, once the completed account form is returned to us we generally open the account within 24hours.
How do I return the faulty items?
A: We offer a 30 day return policy for any faulty products subject to proper use or installation, please speak to our customer services at 0208-2005451.
Can you send orders directly to my customers?
A: Yes we can deliver directly to your customers as long as it’s not a building site, due to failed deliveries we have stopped providing this service.
A: We endeavour to turn orders around within 3 working days or less depending on the product and depending on the availability of stock.
Account Payment Terms?
A: Our payment terms are 30 days month end nett. All transactions are subject to our Terms and Conditions of Trading, a copy can be requested from our office.
